Lead Daily holds the things a leader would rather not lose: their vision, their goals, and notes about the people they lead. This page says exactly what we do with it.
What we collect
Your account. Your name, email address and a password we never store — only a one-way hash of it, which cannot be turned back into the password you chose.
What you create. Everything you enter: your vision, goals, habits, the people you lead, notes, messages and schedule. This is yours. We do not read it, and no member of staff can open it without a separate permission that is recorded every time it is used.
How the product is used. A short, fixed list of moments — created an account, set a first goal, finished onboarding — so we can tell whether the product is working. It records that something happened and on what day, never what it said.
How you found us. The campaign, referring site or affiliate link you arrived through, and whether you were on a phone, tablet or computer. We do not store your IP address, your browser's user agent string, or any fingerprint of your device.
What we do not collect
We never see or store card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe; the card fields belong to them, and what reaches us is a token, the last four digits and whether the payment worked.
There are no advertising networks on this site, no tracking pixels, no data brokers, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising. We do not use third-party analytics.
Cookies
Lead Daily sets a small number of first-party cookies and no others: one to keep you signed in, one random identifier that lets us count one visitor as one visitor, one recording the campaign or affiliate link you arrived through, and your language preference. They are not shared with anybody and cannot be read by another site.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that run the product: Stripe for payments, Neon for the database, Vercel for hosting, and Resend for email. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job, and none of them may use it for anything else.
We will disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell it, and there is no other circumstance in which it leaves those systems.
What you share with other people
A team, an organization or a Team Chat conversation is shared by design — what you write there is visible to the people in it. Your own vision, goals, habits and private notes are not, and are never visible to anybody else on Lead Daily.
Keeping it safe
Everything is sent over an encrypted connection and stored with the providers above. Passwords are hashed. Staff access to any customer content requires a separate permission that no default role holds, and every use of it is written to an audit log with a reason.
We do not claim any security certification. We have not been audited against one, and saying otherwise would be the sort of claim this page exists to avoid.
Getting a copy, or getting rid of it
Write to support@leaddaily.online and we will send you a copy of everything on your account, or delete it. Deletion is permanent and removes your records from the live database; backups age out on their own within thirty days.
Cancelling a membership does not delete anything. Your account drops to the free level and everything you wrote is still there.
Children
Lead Daily is not intended for anybody under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that affects what we do with your information, we will email you before it takes effect. The date at the top is the day the text last actually changed.
