Billing and cancellation
Last updated 15 October 2026
Four plans, paid monthly or yearly, cancellable in a couple of clicks. This page is the whole of it.
What you are charged
- Free: nothing, ever.
- Individual Pro: $12 a month, or $120 a year.
- Team: $49 a month or $490 a year for up to 10 active members, then $5 a month ($50 a year) for each active member past that.
- Enterprise: from $499 a month or $4,990 a year for up to 100 active members, then $4 a month ($40 a year) for each active member past that.
There is no setup fee. Somebody invited to a team costs nothing until they accept. Tax is added where the law requires it, and is shown before you confirm.
A monthly plan is charged when you join and on the same day each month; an annual plan when you join and on the same day each year. Your next billing date is always visible in your billing settings. When the number of active members on a team changes, the difference is prorated for the rest of the period and shown on your invoice.
Moving to a bigger plan
From Individual Pro, choose Team or Enterprise on your membership page and pay for it at checkout — the same way you joined. Your Individual Pro plan then stops renewing: you keep it until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are never charged for both after that.
An organization moving from Team to Enterprise changes straight away, and the difference is prorated for the rest of the period. Moving to a smaller plan happens at the end of the period you have paid for.
How to cancel
Open your membership page — it is in the Menu under Billing — and choose to cancel. It takes a couple of clicks. You do not have to email anybody, speak to anybody, or explain why.
Cancelling stops the next charge. Your plan continues to the end of the month or year you have already paid for — you keep what you paid for, and then it stops.
What happens to your data
Nothing is deleted. Your account drops to the free level — your whole 10-year Vision, Socials, a profile, seven active habits, one active goal at a time, five chats in Team Chat, two of them your own, every spiritual course, and one leadership course you choose — and everything you wrote is still there if you come back.
If you would rather it were deleted, write to support@leaddaily.online and we will delete it.
Refunds
If Lead Daily charged you for something you did not intend — a duplicate charge, a renewal you thought you had cancelled, a month you could not use because of a fault on our side — write to support@leaddaily.online and we will refund it.
Outside that, a month or a year already under way is not refunded; cancelling stops the next charge rather than returning the last one. We would rather say that plainly than advertise a guarantee with conditions attached to it.
A payment that fails
If a charge is declined, Stripe retries it over the following days and we email you. Your plan stays active while that happens. If it still cannot be collected, the account drops to the free level — nothing is deleted, and paying again restores everything.
How payments are handled
Payments are processed by Stripe. Lead Daily never sees or stores your card number: the card fields belong to Stripe, and what reaches us is a token, the last four digits, and whether the payment worked.
We do not claim any security certification of our own. Stripe holds the certifications that apply to card handling, which is precisely why the cards are handled by them and not by us.
Changing your card, or seeing your invoices
Both live in your billing settings, which open Stripe's own customer portal. Every invoice is there to download.
